A stunning view of the sea in Positano is the main feature of this beautiful house, ideal for a relaxing holiday

This splendid house near Positano enjoys a breath-taking view of the sea and sun of the wonderful Amalfi Coast. With a total area of 90 square meters, Villa Anna can comfortably accommodate up to eight people.

The house is on the main street of “Li Parlati”, an ancient village in upper Positano, and can be reached by a public elevator then climbing around 30 steps.

The villa is in a pedestrian area, so if you arrive by car, you will need to park in the town centre (about 2 km away from the house).

Inside, the villa boasts a bright and large open-plan area with living room and kitchen. The furniture is modern and simple but with elegant details. There is a king-size sofa-bed, a table with six chairs and a TV. French windows lead to the terrace, where there is a small table and chairs. The spectacular view stretches from the sea and the coastline all the way to Positano.

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner hob, gas oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, moka pot, toaster and other small appliances.

The house is located on the first floor of a bigger building that has different apartments, but is an independent house.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS

The villa has three bedrooms, each with air conditioning and heating, and two bathrooms.

• Bedroom 1: queen-size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, window and French window leading to the terrace with sea view
• Bedroom 2: queen-size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, window with sea view
• Bedroom 3: queen-size bed, bedside tables, three-door wardrobe with mirror, casement window
• Bed in living room: king-size sofa bed
• Bathroom 1: sink, toilet, bidet, shower and hairdryer
• Bathroom 2: sink, toilet, bidet, shower and hairdryer

Support services are the key to a successful and worry-free holiday. The following is included:

• 24/7 assistance

• Air conditioning and heating in the whole house
• Towels and bedlinen (changed weekly)
• Luggage service must be booked (payable)
• Private car park in town centre must be booked (payable)
• Public elevator from the main street to near the house. From there you will only have to climb about 30 stairs

Not included in the price, to be paid on site:

• Final cleaning 200,00 euros
• Tourist tax 2,5 euros per day per person. Children under 10 years do not pay. Tax requested from April 1st to October 31
• Damage deposit 400,00 euros
• Late arrival fee after 8:00 PM: 60,00 euros
