Come and enjoy the charms of A Mariña Lucense in our cozy penthouse with unbeatable views of the Ria del Landro. Its location in the historic center of Viveiro will allow you to enjoy the rich octopus in the taverns of the area and leisure and endless events that enliven the city. Blue flag beaches at your disposal less than 10min by car. And you can't miss romantic sunsets, magical natural surroundings and fascinating viewpoints.
Our cozy penthouse, is located next to the Convent of San Francisco, in a very quiet and quiet area. We put at your disposal a spacious attic kitchen with separate environments, and access to a terrace from which you can see the sea. After these vacations, we are sure you will miss waking up, showering or having breakfast watching the sea.

Un pied à terre idéal pour visiter las baixas altas

Dommage que la propriétaire ne soit pas sur place. Du coup, la communication était un peu compliquée. L'absence de wifi nous a gêné également. Mais l'apparrtement est très agréable.

Confortable, limpio y muy bien situado

Apartamento confortable, limpio y muy bien situado para pasar unos días muy agradables en Viveiro. La comunicación con Eva, la anfitriona, fue muy buena en todo momento. Mi marido, mis dos hijos y yo, nos hemos sentido muy cómodos en la casa. El barrio cuenta con muchos servicios y tiendas, además está muy cerca de la zona más céntrica y de ocio. Muy recomendable.

Todo lo que necesitas para unas vacaciones cómodas, y más.

No ha habido ningún tipo de problema, la comunicación con Eva perfecta, y tanto la entrada como la salida muy puntual. Todo en perfecto estado, nuevo prácticamente y muy bien ubicado. La ventana a la altura de la vista de la cama hace que te despiertes viendo la ría y desayunar en esa terraza no tiene comparación. Muy recomendable y si vuelvo a Viveiro con mi pareja, no tengo ninguna duda de mi elección.
