About Feriecenter Vesterhavet / Fanø The holiday centre's location is completely unique right in the middle of the beach with a wealth of activities in nature on your doorstep. No other hotel on Fanø, like the North Sea Holiday Center, can offer such a unique view of the North Sea. All holiday apartments have a balcony or terrace and most have a magnificent sea view. The holiday center offers a wide range of indoor and outdoor facilities - see the list of facilities below. The beach stretches over 12 km south and invites to fun and games both in the fresh sea and at the water's edge, where the sharp eye may want to make the summer's finds - a golden lump of amber. The ferry crossing from Esbjerg only takes 12 min. If you want to enjoy the bathing life at the hotel, there is both an outdoor and indoor swimming pool to frolic in. There is also plenty of outdoor space. A short distance away you will find the road to the island's forest playground, which is not only unique due to its location, but also the various play equipment are designed in wood by different artists. A quiet day by the newly constructed fishing lake can lead to exciting evening meals for the whole family. Fanø offers many activities: mini golf, horse riding and several cultural attractions. There is plenty of opportunity to rent bikes, so hop in the saddle and experience Fanø in peace and quiet.
