The kitchen is FULLY stocked to entertain. This home will fill your families heart and equally, a great spot for a romantic get-away. Great winter getaway

We've stayed here twice now. Very clean, great bedding, a fully stocked kitchen (we were there 2 months, so that was important to us ) we enjoyed the fenced in back yard/patio; those days when is was too windy/cool for the beach, it was great to sit out back and soak up the sun. The fully enclosed fence helped block those winds. Easy acess to beach, stores,and restaurants. The owner was very prompt and accomodating when we had a question. The property looks just like the pictures

Beautiful home

This home was perfect for my daughter and her family. We needed extra room for our annual 4th of July celebration. This home was nicely decorated, very clean, and equipped with everything they needed.

Clean and had everything we needed.

The house was clean and had everything we needed. In a great area for walks along the water. It also has a nice fenced in back yard. The host was very responsive to questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

When I travel, I admire the details of where I'm staying. Clean is a MUST, along with soft sheets! Life is too short, travel more! xx

Why they chose this property

We chose this property in the New Smyrna area because last year I, myself was having difficulty finding a vacation rental home for our family that was affordable and nice. And I wanted to be in Florida more, so I simply fell in love with this beach house. It's airy and has a beachy feel to it, with a tropical backyard and hammock. It's our little piece of heaven! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
