Kittiwake boasts outstanding views over the river from all rooms, especially the newly-converted Sky Room with its fantastic, decked terrace. Kittiwake is finished to the highest standard and is perfect for a romantic waterside stay or a family holiday to explore the picturesque ancient town of Dartmouth, which is just a short walk away. Although, with these views, you may want to stay to soak up the views from the terrace or French windows. A parking permit is supplied for the nearby car park.

Outside:
From the kitchen, there is a large decked area with outdoor dining furniture separated by a glass balustrade, the perfect spot to take in the view with a morning coffee. Down to a lower gravel area and a smaller decked area. There are stairs down the side of the building that take you back up to the road.
Parking:
The car park pass provided is valid for Mayors Avenue Car Park, a 5-minute walk away (a bit longer on the way back). The permit does not guarantee a parking space, and it can get very busy during the summer and special events, such as the Royal Regatta week (during which the car park is closed).
