The Golden Beach apartment is a lovely modern two bedroom apartment located just a few hundred meters from the popular Arenal beach of Javea. With its south facing aspect, this apartment receives the best of the sun throughout the day whilst offering its guests the option to retreat inside to the cool air-conditioned living spaces.
The complex itself is a secure gated complex with a large swimming pool, children's pool, large mature gardens, underground parking and lift access to the second floor apartment.
With its fantastic location, not far from the main beach, all the necessary amenities are also all with in a short walk with the nearest shops less than 100 meters away.

Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that groups of people less than 25 years in age are not permitted at this property. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger persons when accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. Should you be under the minimum age requirement and proceed to confirm the reservation regardless, on arrival you will be denied entry to the property and forfeit any right of refund.
2/ Winter reservations between 01 November and 31 March, longer than 31 nights in duration receive a special discounted rate and DO NOT include utility bills such as electric and water or weekly linen changes. Utility usage is payable on departure.
