Don’t trust the photos

I am not one to give bad ratings, but we ended up switching apartments. The furniture was broken, stained and ver uncomfortable. AC was broken too. Reminded me of when I was a college student, and found my furniture in the trash. The building and Moscova area were excellent, and service from management company as great, but the apartment needs a lot of work to fix things. Very neglected.

Horrible experience

This listing included AC in the amenities section. It did not have AC, or what is conventionally defined as AC. It didn't put out any cold air. We were provided with 2 fans, one worked. Some of the windows would not open to get air movement. We didn't spend one night here out of a planned 5 night stay. We booked rooms in a local hotel in order to get a decent night's sleep. I wouldn't rent anything from this company if my life depended on it.

Great location for visiting Milan

This property was ideally located for getting around Milan. It is about a half block from a subway station. There are plenty of restaurants close by. The apartment was very large and had plenty of space for our family of four. It is on the second floor and there is an elevator. The only negative to this apartment was the bathrooms. It is listed as a two bathroom but it is more like a bath and a half. The shower and bath tub are set up so that you have to walk through the shower room to get to the bathtub. So only one person was able to take a shower at a time. Also there was no latch to the door for the shower room so it wouldn’t stay close. We just put something against it when someone wanted to take a shower. They were working on it when we dropped our luggage the first day and assume they didn’t have time to finish before we checked in. The room that I would consider a half bath, isn’t shown in the pictures, does have something that resembles a small bath but it would be very difficult for an adult to take a shower or bath. It is about two feet off the ground and right in front of a window. It looks more like a wash out sink. It does have a sink and toilet so we used it to get ready and the other room for showers. We made it work and wasn’t a big deal. We really liked the property and would consider staying here again.

Italian character in Brera

Lovely apartment with characteristic 90s style in the most fabulous neighbourhood of Milano, (Brera) full of shops, restaurants and bars with young people, still the apartment is in a tranquil area. The apartment is ideal for two couples and has two bathrooms and plenty of space.
