This is one of the most stunning oceanfront condos in Alii Villas.
Totally upgraded and set up for your comfort. Sleeps 4 people comfortably in 2 queen beds, walk in showers in both bathrooms, high end appliances and fully equipped kitchen. Free Wifi and flat screen television. Located on the 2nd floor with one flight of stairs. Parking is located right in front of the stairwell. Alii Villas is centrally located between Kona town and Keauhou. NOTE there is no air conditioning in this unit.
Alii Villas has a heated pool, BBQ and picnic area and oceanfront shoreline access.
For land lovers, Alii Drive is one of Kona's most popular stretches for runners, walkers and bicyclists, and is well-known for being the start of the marathon leg of the Ironman World Championship.
All reservations are required to digitally sign a rental agreement between the person booking and and property manager to be confirmed.
For golfers, the Keauhou Country Club is a 15-min drive to the south and for the anglers, Kona is famous for its world class deep sea fishing. Alii Villas is also a 15 minute drive from the Keauhou Shopping Center, offering several restaurants, cinemas, groceries, drug store, clothing and other shopping. Traveling along the ocean up Alii Drive to the north about 5 minutes is downtown Kailua-Kona with more restaurants & shopping and Kailua Bay.

This condo is closely located near downtown. The view from the lanai is great. The condo itself needs help. The towels have to be about 10 years old. They were so heavy, stiff and gross. Stunned that they have not been replaced. The beds are bad. We all slept terribly, they were very Stiff and our mattress was sagging in some spots. The linens were pilling, and you can tell the comforters aren’t washed after each guest. All the drawers throughout were dirty. Either had crumbs or hair in them.The pocket doors to the master bedroom had dust caked on them. We paid an extra $200 to use the condo for the day because our flight wasn’t until 9:00pm. Totally worth it. Dawn the Property Mgr. was short and not friendly. Will definitely stay somewhere else next time.

Cute condo. Well appointed.
Enjoyed staying here. The condo itself is well appointed. Plenty of cookware and supplies to cook meals with. Has all the usual things you would expect-plenty of towels, some games, stereo, smart tv, etc. Basically if you like to hang out and relax in the condo a lot you'll be comfortable. There are a couple of "buts" though. 1. Bed is a tad small if you're used to a Queen/King. Perfectly fine and reasonable comfortable. 2. The pool you see from your lanai is for the complex next door FYI. Some people might want a little more privacy. Also, it can be a little noisy if there are kids playing in the pool. Didn't bother us all that much but should be noted if you're looking for a quiet and secluded location. 3. Speaking of the Lanai-you do get a great view of the water and it has comfortable furniture. We ate there mostly soaking in the atmosphere. Overall I'd say it was worth the money. P.S. Ali'i Dr is a busy road with narrow shoulders and a bike lane with no real walking path so heads up if you intend to walk down to Kailuna-Kona and the pier.

Amazing views
Located about 1 mile from shops and restaurants. Great location in the complex. Lanai was perfect for eating and lounging! Unit had all the essentials and then some to cook.
