The apartment is located in Santa Ursula, one of the most beautiful and popular areas of the NORTH of the island. The accommodation is the ground floor of an independent villa, with its autonomous entrance. Quiet and perfect environment to spend a few days relaxing or to reside a season. Fully equipped, comfortable and simple. 5 min from PUERTO DE LA CRUZ (with its black sand beaches) and La Orotava (TEIDE National Park); 20 min from the Capital S / C DE TENERIFE and 15 min from the North AIRPORT.

In the apartment there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with large living room. A room with a double bed, a room with a trundle bed (perfect for two adults) and another with a single bed. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The house has an oven, TV, fridge, iron, washing machine etc. and has wifi.
The accommodation is located in a very quiet area in a space where nature and tranquility are breathed a few minutes from the center of the town of Santa Ursula.
Santa Ursula is one of the areas with more "GUACHINCHES", typical Canarian restaurants, where you can taste delicious dishes of the traditional Canarian cuisine prepared directly by families and excellent wines of homegrown.
In the municipality you can find all the services: restaurants, bars, supermarkets, clothing stores, banks, library, pharmacy ..
The house is a few minutes from the TF-1 Highway from which you can easily access and in no time at any point on the island.
A 3 minute walk there is a bus stop although the use of vehicles is advised since the accommodation is located in an area with slope.
