The facilities of this great complex are wonderful. This is a cosy residential of apartments featuring a shared garden with pool where you can enjoy a relaxing and cool dip. A beautiful lawn area surrounds the chlorine pool that sizes 9 x 5 metres and has a water depth that ranges from 1 to 1.8 metres. Then, the private terrace at the apartment is perfect to start the day with an energising breakfast.

This first-floor apartment, with elevator access, is even more amazing on the inside. The living-dining room, with air conditioning, is stunningly spacious. Here, everyone can dine together, watch satellite TV, or simply relax. The separate kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, has all the necessary utensils to cook delicious meals. There are three bedrooms with fans, and an AC unit in the hallway. Two bedrooms offer double beds, and the other has two single beds. The washing machine, iron, and ironing board are in a separate area, and there is a cot and high chair available if travelling with a baby. Completing the accommodation, there are two bathrooms with showers.

Puerto de Pollensa is the perfect destiny for those who enjoy picturesque and family villages and their beaches. The beach, in fact, is just 0.075 km away. Not only in Puerto de Pollensa, but also in the old town of Pollensa you'll find all kinds of services. The golf course, about 5.9 km away, is perfect to have a different experience.
