Holiday cottage with swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna and various activities located close to Havneby. Outside you will find a sauna barrel and a bath barrel where you can relax all year round. There is a combined living and dining room with integrated kitchen that has e.g ceramic cooker and a built-in oven. Good layout for more families sharing with 6 bedrooms and a mezzanine with 4 extra beds. The large pool area has 3 bathrooms and a whirlpool. If the weather fails, you can challenge each other at table tennis and table football. The heating is through an energy-efficient heat pump and also a wood-burning stove for a cold evening. The house was built in quality materials, fully insulated and is tastefully furnished. You will find an outdoor shower at the terrace, so you can rinse off the sand after a trip to the beach. The plot has plenty of room for games and swings, sandpit and petanque. No letting to youth groups.
