Spacious and remodeled ground floor 2/2 flat just a few short steps to the beach! Patios off living room and master bedroom with lagoon views! North facing living room and master bedroom are warm and sunny in winter and cool in summer. All mattresses in the condo are new memory foam comfort! Pleasant view of the lagoon! Internet, WIFI and HDTV. Private garage, washer and dryer. Updated tennis courts. A great family or couples’ getaway. Close to old town, golf and boundless recreation.

Sea Winds sits along Saint Augustine Beach. Just south is the quiet of Crescent Beach and Summer Haven. To the north five minutes, the Saint Augustine historic district. Starting at Anastasia State Park, the Saint Augustine Amphitheater, the Alligator Farm, and the St. Augustine Lighthouse, you will know you have arrived. Continue across the Bridge of Lions to stroll along Saint George Street for shopping and fine dining, or head over to the Castillo de San Marcos or the Fountain of Youth for live cannon firing exhibitions.

Beach getaway

The property was very dirty upon arrival. A call to the property manager resulted in a very competent young woman who did a great cleaning job. The rest of our stay was wonderful!

Well maintained property ... really liked the way all possible essentails you could think of. Only suggestions is the towels and hand towels though clean and washed , looked old. Could be replaced. But nothing to beat the clealiness of the property and maintenance. Will surely recommend and stay at the property again.

Great Beach trip
