Each apartment has a modern central cooling & heating system (floor / wall / ceiling) in the entire apartment, 2x digital LCD TV (in living room and bedroom) and a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, microwave oven and coffee machine). Common for both apartments: barbecue with sitting set for 6 persons (covered), outdoor jacuzzi, outdoor shower, well-tended garden, private parking.
