This beautiful contemporary villa is tucked away in a little valley in Akbel district, some 5-10 minutes drive from Kalkan centre. with it's stylish contemporary decor and secluded pool it is an ideal choice for discerning guests looking for a high degree of privacy, be it for religious or other reasons. The whole villa is impeccably decorated in a contempoary styly and has lots of quirky little details that discerning guests would appreciate.
The ground floor accommodation comprises of a generous sized open plan lounge / dining / kitchen area, which is partially double height in space, with the master bedroom on a mezzanine floor above. There is also a twin bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, communal cloakroom, and sinema salon on this floor. Here guests can pass their time in ther own mini sinema , complete with original armchairs and large screen. Guests may wish to bring their own flash disc with some films that they would like to watch whilst they are here.
Both the twin bedroom and lounge area open directly on to the pool terrace, with its secluded heart- shaped pool and al fresco dining area.
The mezanine floor comprises of the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Here again every detail has been given consideration in order to create a stylish romantic atmosphere for our guests.
There is no public transport passing next to this villa but it is only about 5-10 minutes walk to the nearby local shops.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 1500 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
