This lovely apartment offers an amazing view and a small balcony on the Grand Canal. It is located on the first floor of a building in front of Santa Lucia train station. Perfect for families or groups of friends, this spacious apartment consists of two separate spaces. The first consists of small living room with double sofa bed, dining room with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. Crossing the long corridor there is a second and large living room with double sofa bed, equipped kitchenette and double bedroom with bathroom and shower. Therefore, closing the internal doors you can have two independent apartments, great solution to have all the privacy you need if you are traveling in a group!
It is also equipped with amenities such as wi-fi access, washing machine, air conditioning, independent heating, TV, hairdryer, iron.
Located in a strategic position, the accomodation is an excellent starting point for exploring the city thanks to its proximity to many vaporetto stops that will take you to St Mark’s Square, Rialto, Lido or directly to the airport. It is also great for short stays, as it is located 350m from Piazzale Roma (crossing two small bridges on foot) and from the train station Santa Lucia (just one bridge away). The area of the Santa Croce district is also one of the most characteristic and residential of the city, where you can find excellent restaurants and bars. If you prefer a dinner in the intimacy of home, you will find a supermarket at 400m.
Check-in is from 3pm to 7pm. It is possible to arrange a late check-in but is subject to agreement and with an extra. The tourist tax needs to be paid at the check-in and amounts to € 5 per person per night.

Beautiful Apartment Overlooking Grand Canal

Beautiful apartment overlooking Grand Canal that easily fit family of 6 total (including 3 teenagers). Quick, convenient, walk over bridge less than 200 yards from train station (and nearby vaporetto station) to reach apartment. When balcony was open we were able to enjoy peaceful sounds of canal and passing boats. The host Sofia was extremely kind and helpful during check-in and made many helpful recommendations. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a market just across bridge to left of station. Listing was accurate and area was secure. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Venice.

This apartment was great for our family. The location was perfect for us! Close to the Train Station and you could catch a waterbus very close by! The apartment was clean and very well appointed!

Canal view with easy access to everything

The property management company was very helpful with several questions about the area. There are some good restaurants right near by as well as easy access to the last car drop off point to Venice, the train stations, water taxis, and vaparettos. It is also very walkable to everything.
