Modernised holiday home centrally located in Marielyst. Ground floor has entry, open concept kitchen and living room, bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. From the living room you have access to a private wooden terrace and 50 m2 garden where you can have barbecues. Staircase to 1st floor with a double bed and a single bed. TV with various international channels and built-in Chromecast for streaming. You will also find various boardgames, free wi-fi, bluetooth speaker and outdoor games for enjoyment. For the little ones there is a high chair and cot with duvet. Heating via central heating makes the house suited all year round. Parking available in the area. The house is located close to shopping and restaurants and the town square. Furthermore you only have approx. 8 minutes walk to one of Denmark's best beaches. No letting to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
