Peaceful and sunny lovely place, in the middle of Vernaccia di San Gimignano vineyards, and only 6 km from the historican centre ,this property is amazing: made by 2 buildings in stone in typical tuscan style, you will feel and live the authentic tuscan holiday.
The property is totally private, with a very large pool and garden all fenced with a hedge, it is able to host up to 12 guests in 2 different buildings. The location is perfect to enjoy the countryside and at the same time reach beautiful and historical towns and villages.

An employee lives in an apartment with a separate entrance.
Quercia farm house

On one floor we have a spacious and sunny living room with dining area, SAT-TV and access onto the outside, open kitchen (oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher) with access to private and equipped outdoor area, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and access onto the outside, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, one twin bedded room with access onto the outside, one large bathroom with shower (window). Small outdoor room with washing machine to beshared with the other apartments.

Leccio farm house

On 2 floors we have at ground floor a large dining room, sunny kitchen (oven, freezing compartment, dishwasher, washing machine ) open to the dining room and with
access to private and equipped outdoor area, spacious living room with SAT-TV, small lounge with sofa, WC. First floor accessible both from the dining room and
from the living room: one double bedroom, one twin bedded room, two single bedrooms, bathroom with bath (window), bathroom with shower.
At guests' disposal: large furnished and fenced lawn garden with private swimming pool (5m x 10m, depth 1,30m) open from 01 May to 30 September.
Baby bed, pets allowed.
Final cleaning to be paid on the spot in cash € 450.
