What makes this property unique
Oil central heating with multi-fuel stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for two cars, one at the front of the property and one at the back of the property. Enclosed garden with secure bike storage. x2 well-behaved pets welcome - though the Owner is open to queries regarding any additional pets. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles. Please Note: Local Pub is closed for refurbishment and we are waiting for details of the new opening date. Nearest Pub is within 3 miles. A Personal chef is available on request, please contact owner for more information. Access to the property is via an uphill farm track, the track surface is uneven in places and may not be best suited for sports profile or lower suspension vehicles (in snowy and icy conditions, a 4WD would be ideal If conditions are really bad and the track cannot be used then there is a footpath leading up to the cottage). Vehicles can be parked near the bottom of the track and it is a short walk, approx 100 metres, to the cottage.
