Indoor heated swimming pool (30mx20m, 0.5m-1.5m, shared with other properties on-site) with changing facilities. Private parking for 1 car; alternative private car park. No smoking. . Sun Valley Holiday Park is located in the Pentewan Valley, offering lovely woodland walks and great access for the harbor town of Mevagissey and the market town of St Austell.
The Seashells is a well-equipped, detached static caravan that offers three bedrooms comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Whilst staying at the property you have full access to the wide range of amenities the park offers, including a bar and restaurant, indoor heated swimming pool and tennis courts, all shared with other properties on-site.
The accommodation is beautifully presented throughout and has a fitted kitchen with everything you will need to enjoy your stay, alongside a family shower room and comfortable open plan living space. As well as comfortable accommodation The Seashells also benefits from gas central heating. The bedrooms offer a comfortable warm sleep, and the living area has a TV and a great seating area for you and your family.
Outside of The Seashells is a single private parking space, a large terrace where you can enjoy Al Fresco Dining, a grassed garden area and easy access to the main car park.
The towns of Mevagissey and St Austell offer a wide range of amenities including supermarkets, local shops, bars and restaurants and activities for the whole family. Within only a few miles of Pentewan Valley there are some superb tourist attractions, including the world-famous Eden Project. Beach 2¼ miles. Shop 2½ miles, bar, and restaurant on-site.

The swimmining pool is operated by a third party. You need to book time slots with the on-site reception ( open from 9.00 to 5.00 pm)
There is a laundry across from the property open 24 hours, which is coin operated.
