Photos are not a true reflection of the Villa today.
For the attention of the Owner and Property manager (1) I informed you of our flight times when I booked our flights. (2) I informed you when Airline changed those flight times. (3) I filled in your online check in with the new flight times. (4) I informed you of the flight times 48 hours before we departed. (5) I even informed you ( from the plane ) that we had been delayed another hour. At no time did anyone return an email telling me of Self Check In or a key safe, or a code with which to access the key and gain entry to the Villa. The only information I ever received, told me the : Owner would meet me on arrival. We arrived at 1:00am with no way of entering the villa. I phoned the property manager on 6 occasions, between 1:07am and 1:24am but he did not answer. I eventually decided to call the Emergency Customer Care Team in the U.K. Thankfully he understood the urgency and 15 minutes later returned my call with the code for the key safe. I’ve done everything within my power to keep you updated at every stage. I did email again on 25/6/2024 asking if we were going to see someone as I’m not 100% happy. Disgraceful management and I've just been fobbed off with standard emails. when I really wanted to talk to someone.
The website and photos do not represent the villa as it stands today. Far too many problem areas to document in this review. The whole place is in need of maintenance, up grading and money spent on it,
For the price I expected and deserved much better,
