About this property

Our large luxurious group villa can sleep up to 20 people and it is so perfect for large groups of families and friends.
Of course you do not need to fill our villa, you can just rent it and bring your numbers as few or as many as you want up to the maximum of 20.
We are one of very few villas in Andalucia that has one ground floor accessible double bedroom with a wet room ensuite attached that is suitable for a wheelchair user or a person with limited mobility.
So many people charge extra if you need an access room and with us it is included in the price, its just part of our large villa.
We have wide doors, full access in to the communal areas and full access around the whole of the villa from the driveway.
When we say it is accessible we really do mean it!
We have a sleep plan that we work with you to accommodation your groups needs and the access room is number 4 on our plan.
If you are unsure if your group will fit in our villa do not hesitate to contact us and we will create a sleep plan for you with all the names from the info you give us so you can be sure it works. Our villa is so versatile it works for you all and we have cots for the kids to go in the bedrooms required.
If your looking for specialist items at the villa then there is a company on the coast that you can hire from to get delivered to us like a special bed or a hoist etc. We have a proper shower chair for you if needed and we can raise the bed with specialist feet plus all grab rails are in place.
Our group villa is perfect for you with us having this facility and we are so very versatile sleeping up to 20.

We are completely child friendly and also fully accessible for a wheelchair user with a ground floor bedroom and a ensuite wetroom.
For the kids we are so child friendly here you will be extremely happy. What we find is if the kids are happy so are the parents. We have a temporary pool fence we can put in place for your holiday if you have children so you can really relax as a parent.
Also all the patios and terraces are gated and we hold cots and high chairs on site.
The beauty of our villa is when its time for the kids to go to bed they can go to sleep and then its adult time(if your in a hotel you have to go to the balcony but hiring our villa gives you full adult time later in the evening). The layout of the villa is very special giving you privacy at bed time.
air con is in all the bedrooms
We have heating in the villa and air con so no matter what time of year you join us you will have all your needs met. The bedrooms have air con for the hot summer months and the heating is there for you in cooler months when its hot in the day but the evening temperatures drop.
You also have the most beautiful hot tub set at 39 degrees to just relax and watch the sunsets with a nice glass of wine and this is up and running all year round for you.
You can use the pool anytime of year as we have no restrictions and we have a cover on the pool that is easily removed by a roller out of the summer season.
The villa is set in an amazing location with fantastic views,close to all amenities with even a few tapas bars in walking distance and a small shop.Being only 10 minutes from the main motorway it is perfect for touring Malaga,Cordoba,Granada Seville.Every detail in this villa has been carefully thought about giving you that ultimate holiday of a lifetime and disabled access on the whole ground floor.
For the groups of up to 20 There are 7 bedrooms,6 bathrooms,4 lounges and 5 kitchens giving you the space that you require.
The villa is perfect for children as we really care and have ensured safety is priority here. We have a security fence for the swimming pool that we can pop in place for your group if you have small children so they can not enter the water without an adult.
All the terraces and patios are gated so adults can relax and have peace of mind.
We also have 3 double sofa beds to sleep a further 6 that are top quality.
We always advise our guests to take out comprehensive Travel Insurance just incase of any eventuality. We supply a letter of Cancellation for you if you need to cancel to claim from your insurance company.
We also advise our guests to ensure they have the GHIC if from the Uk or equivalent from around the World for your international health cover.

Set in two and a half acres there is an abundance of terraces,patio areas and pergolas to enjoy the perfect al fresco dining experience after a day of touring Andalucia or just relaxing in the sunshine.
We have our cinema room with a 60 inch tv with a sound bar and subwoofer with a hard drive packed with all the latest movies.Just shut the shutters put your feet up and get the popcorn out and you are in a cinema.

There is a beautiful pool fully fenced for kids safety,jacuzzi,games area,free WIFI and we can organise activities including a beautician for the day and kayaking/sailing on the beautiful Lake of Iznajar
The most exciting news is that we have a Chlorine free magna pool system installed!!!This is amazing-we are one of the first ever pools in Spain to have this system as it is brand new to this Country arriving over from Australia.The pool will run with crystals instead of Chlorine.

Celebration for a 50th and 18th

Well were to start! Firstly Lisa and Nigel are THE MOST helpful hosts we have EVER had the pleasure to meet whilst on holiday in a villa! Nothing was ever to much trouble. They organised restaurants for a lovely meal , booked us coaches for days/nights out, organised takeaways, which is a MUST the food was to die for we ordered it two nights and recommended to visit Iznajar Lake and beach which was AMAZING!!👍 The little pub up the hill they told us to try out was also a hit, Pepe and Higieno (Who cooks and delivers your takeaway food) was so friendly and also go out their way for you, again nothing was to much trouble for a large group of 16 and its only a stroll back down aswell 😉 THE VILLA ❤ Spotlessly clean 👌 Smells beautifully fresh Extra Large squshy sofa to squash into to watch a movie was devine. The beds are soooo comfy we all raved about them EVERY morning 🤣 The quilts and bedding are top quality! Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Beer fridge was perfect for larger groups. Lots of seating areas to relax in or sit in the sun with a beer. Hot tub was a hit when it got cooler. Pool was perfect no salt or chlorine water just minerals 🥰 Pool table and table tennis was great. The roof terrace is just outstanding the views up there are breathtaking and gorgeous to wake up to ❤ We CANNOT fault Casa Pino Solo in ANY way it was PERFECT just like the hosts!! Nigel and Lisa thankyou from the bottom of my heart you was so lovely. Xx

Lovely villa. Clean and well maintained. Owners were lovely,very friendly, helpful and eager to please. Communication with Lisa before the start of our holiday was brilliant, we had meals ordered and restuarants booked all before we arrived. Excellent. Cars are essential though for shopping etc. Had a fantastic week, it was gone in a flash.!!

tres grande maison bien située au milieu de forets d'oliviers

Ce pied à terre au centre de l'Andalousie nous a permis de visiter Grenade Cordoue Malaga et Ronda facilement (Séville est plus loin avec 2h de route mais nous l'avons visiter à l'arrivée et au départ) . Rentrer le soir et profiter du jacuzzi avec 9°C dehors était fort sympathique même si on attendait plutôt un grand soleil et 25°C ! Les propriétaires sont charmants.

Wonderful week

We had an absolutely fabulous time at Casa Pino Solo to celebrate mine and my friend's 50th birthdays. The house is exactly like the pics and I can confirm all the other wonderful reviews. Lisa was fantastic with organising everything from ordering meals in on some evenings, organising two lovely restaurants and arranging for the beauty therapist to spend a day at the house. It was just heaven for a week. So much fun. I couldn't recommend this property and the owners enough!! Thank you Lisa and Nige.

Just Perfect

What more can be said about Casa Pino Solo that hundreds of people haven't already said ? A fabulous villa in an idyllic setting with top class facilities, to suit all ages. We were a large family group, children to Grandparents and everyone had a fantastic holiday. Everyone made use of the fantastic swimming pool and hot tub. Lots of competitions for the sporty ones pool and table tennis. Lots of chillaxing areas for a quiet drink or a snooze. Fab furniture and extremely comfortable beds with luxurious bedding. Lisa & Nige were extremely helpful and ordered Paella to be delivered to the Villa from the local bar/restaurant Los Pajaritos which was delicious. Easy drive into Iznajar, a beautiful village, visits to Granada & Cordoba are a must. Looking forward to a return trip

Absolutely Amazing

I want to right this review as this villa was just amazing. A big group of us stayed here in July 2017 and we all loved it. The quality of the villa is second to none,the beds were so so comfy. Hours and hours of fun was spent with out kids in the pool,its chlorine free too and we love that it is gated. Us as parents could just relax and not worry about the kids at all. 100% i would recommend this villa to everyone. The location is fantastc and just 5 minutes down the road is the beach and lake. We will be back for sure. Thanks LIsa and Nigel for your care and attention throughout the holiday,fantastic couple xxxxx

Wonderful holiday

Where to start with this beautiful property. We travelled as a large family group and this villa had something for everyone. From the swimming pool to the hot tub, the pool table to the dart board- there is plenty to do. Scenery is also spectacular. Incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean there is nothing to fault at all. Lisa and Nigel cannot do enough for you and their knowledge of surrounding areas is excellent. They will also advise on best restaurants etc if you want to eat out - lovely couple who go out of their way to make your holiday experience amazing. Can’t wait to go back. We have had many villa holidays but none have been as good as this.

The house is fantastic - well situated and full of lovely touches. Swimming pool & Hot tub Brilliant

This large house was perfect in many ways. Easy to keep the sun out and the rooms cool, the weather was perfect. The swimming pool was a cool refreshment and there were lots of fridges for those ice cool drinks. The hot tub was great in the morning when cool and the evening when the starry night was a beautiful sight to behold. A lovely family home for great Spanish holidays.... The house has easy access from Malaga Airport and is a good base to explore this area of olive groves and pretty stone village on the top of the steep hills The owners Lisa and Nigel are so friendly and good, the week went very smoothly and made for one of our better holidays . Perfection

Villa casa pino solo is the place to be for relaxation. The best thing for me was that it was so suitable for a wheelchair. I've had some serious problems with past villas. This one was perfect. Spotlessly clean and well cared for. Great views from all terraces. The owners Lisa and Nigel couldn't be more efficient and helpful. Arranged food deliveries. Booked resteraunts and taxis for us. We were a family of 16 and would definitely go back.

nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour accueil super Lisa et Derry adorables les courses avaient été faites pour le dîner et le petit déjeuner la piscine et jacuzzi nettoyés tous les jours rien à dire très propre nous recommandons le lac à proximité Iznajar beau village Cordoue Grenade faciles d'accès ( attention réserver entrées à l'Alhambra au moins 2 mois auparavant par le net pour obtenir une entrée ) nous n'avons pu en profiter dommage que des louanges ! la caution a été remboursée la semaine suivante notre séjour

Our stay on casa pino solo was marvelous, the house is confortable, we were 20, 9 adultes and 11 children( 16,15,10,8,8,7,5,2,1,6,4. The house is perfect for four families and grand parents. superb property with very friendly owners

This property is great. It has loads of space, lots of facilities and is in an excellent location within easy reach of the small town of Iznajar and its lake. The young people in our family group enjoyed the pool, the pool table and the dartboard. Everybody enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi. Nige visited every morning to take away the rubbish and to clean the pool and jacuzzi. He didn't disturb us but if we needed him he was there. The beds are very comfortable and there are plenty of bathrooms. In the evening some people watched films in the lounge / home cinema while others played games with the children outside. We went to Granada to see the Alhambra Palace (about one hour's drive) and we spent some time exploring Iznajar. On the day we arrived Lisa had organised a take away from the local bar and it was excellent. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit this part of Spain.

Fourth visit and we still want more!

We have a rather large family, so finding accommodation to fit us all with space to escape isn't always easy! So when we found Casa Pino Solo for the first time in 2009, we knew we were on to a winner. We returned this summer for the 4th time as a family for multiple birthday celebrations and where overwhelmed at how Lisa & Nigel manage to improve the villa more and more with each visit. Newly decorated rooms, huge TV with an incredible movie selection, memory foam mattress's and a superb new pool system that doesn't use chlorine - so no stinging eyes or smelly skin - which was also fab for my 2 year old and 3 month old! Lisa & Nigel are the most incredible hosts too - nothing is too much and this year we enjoyed take out food deliveries from local businesses every evening - meaning of you want to relax and not worry about cooking, your wonderful hosts are happy to help. And take out food doesn't mean fast food with them - Tagine, Tapas, Paella and Spitroast chickens to name a few! The lake has evolved too, with a splendid beach and two cafe restaurants, sun loungers, umbrellas and boats to hire. The lake is just beautiful to swim in too!! I cannot recommend this place enough - for a relaxing holiday, you don't need to look any further than Casa Pino Solo. I'm sure we'll be having a 5th visit soon!!

Brilliant place our 4 th Time this June. !!!

Thank you Nigel and Lisa for yet again an amazing week away. It has been more than a couple of years since our last stay and yet again money has been spent on making our stay even more wonderful such as the new hot tub , new water system in the pool , updated rooms with wonderful memory foam mattresses and new lounge furniture as well as loads of films to watch on the huge TV, and of course the lovely huge shower room. We love our extended family holidays here . Each time we come there is more and more to offer us in nights out, meals in . You look after us so well when we are here even printing off my boarding passes and delivering them to us when we were going home. You are passionate about Casa pino solo and it shows in your attention to detail and all that you offer us .........................are we coming back ??? you bet we are :-) see you soon xxxx

Great Holiday Villa

This holiday was a pleasure from start to finish with Lisa & Nigels prompt communication when booking and all information regarding getting to & from the villa. The villa itself was fantastic and Nigel was there every day to ensure that the hot tub & pool were kept in tip top condition during our stay. All of the advice from Lisa & Nigel on places to eat out/drink or get shopping were spot on and they do not recommend anywhere if it is not good enough. All I can say is that we had a really great time there & would happily recommend it to anyone.

Amazing Hen Do

I spent 4 nights here for my hen do with 17 of my friends. We had the most amazing time, Lisa constantly helping us and on hand to answer any questions all the time regarding transport and transfers before we got there. On our arrival day we arrived in 3 groups and Lisa and Nigel were there to welcome us and show us around. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Throughout our time there they were able to help organise a night at the english bar for curry and karaoke as well as taxis. We had emailed a list of food to Lisa who arranged (via Jeff) for the groceries to be bought and stored in the fridge and cupboards for us. It was lovely to arrive to chilled wine! The villa sleeps 20 people. Some on sofa beds with kitchenettes which was excellent as it provided extra fridge space for water and wine! There is a massive TV there with films and music available. Plenty of eating space outside, and massive dining table inside. There are enough sun loungers too. BBQ is also available (need to provide your own coals etc). The pool is fabulous and the hot tub is so lovely, especially of a night. When you are there, look up to the stars - amazing. We went out to a local restaurant Los Parajitos I think it was called, which served lovely sangria, especially white sangria. Again Lisa will arrange transport. This place is lovely. I had the best time ever here and would highly recommend it. Having your own pool and jacuzzi is such a luxury. We hired a car, but if you are organised and plan everything you don't need one, i just like to have that freedom. You can arrange transport via malaga mini bus (300 euros for 12). If you choose to hire a car Lisa provides excellent directions. We mainly stayed in the villa as it is just so lovely. There is a bar at the top of the road. We did not go here but we did have them deliver cooked chickens to us which were gorgeous.

Perfect!

Myself and 18 others stayed for 3 nights at Casa Pino Solo, I had booked it online not really knowing what to expect other than seeing a few pictures but we were not let down. The villa was perfect and everything I had hoped. There were facilities for everyone, and not one person from our group had a bad word to say about the place. From the moment I enquired Lisa who owns the villa was superb, she catered to our every need whether that be organising transport, food, booking restaurants etc. we arrived at the villa with the fridges full of beers and food and take away pizzas turned up shortly after, a perfect start! Even when we needed a few bits from the shops all I had to do was text Lisa and it was there that day, nothing was a chor for her or Nigel. Nigel turned up each morning to clean the pool and hot tub which again are great facilities. Whether a group of friends or a family the villa is perfect for anyone and Lisa, Nigel and there friends make you feel welcome and are always happy to help. Not a bad word to say about the whole trip and would highly recommend staying at Casa Pino Solo to anyone.

perfect holiday!

Just got back from a wonderful week away to casa pino solo. It's the first time I've organised such a large group (there was 17 of us in total) and Lisa and Nige were there every step of the way. My boyfriend turned 30 and a mixture of friends and family joined us to celebrate. The villa is wonderfully well kept and Nige was there maintaining the pool and hottub everyday to ensure it was kept perfect. We were the first to try out magic minerals in the pool and it really made a refreshing change from the chlorine in normal pools... A luxurious spa treatment almost! Lisa was like a long lost pen pal by the time I got there! Helping me to sort out transfers, taxis, meals out and an excursion away to Granada And even helped to get food delivered into the villa on the day of the arrival so we didn't have to rush to the supermarket! I'd deffinately reccommend the paella making evening at the local restaurant and the chicken and chips delivery! Great! Pepe's bar is very reasonable and only a 10 minute walk away, taxis can be arranged through local friends Jeff and Darrel who were knoledgeable guides to the local area and couldn't do enough for you. We were extremely lucky to have excellent weather to top off one of the best breaks we've had. Everyone is singing the praises of the holiday and my organisation skills!! Thanks Lisa and Nige!!! Hope to visit again one day!

Can we give it 6 stars?

We were 17 people coming from France, New York, San Diego and Michigan for our wedding. Nigel and Lisa made that seemingly impossible task a care free reality. Day trips to Sevilla, Granada and local towns were easy due to the central location. My personal recommendation is to take a drive and hike El Torcal...unforgettable! Nigel and Lisa are true pros and have the best possible accommodation in the area. Thanks again!

Previous to this move i spent years managing restaurants after training to be a chef and then moving directions into the management side of things so this pulled us towards the hospitality on our big move to Spain.

Why they chose this property

After searching all of Southern Spain on the coast and inland for around 8 years we eventually found our perfect location,Iznajar. You will see how gorgeous the area when you look at the video attached to this advert, to confirm a lot of renovations have been done since the making of this video but it gives you a great idea about our beautiful place and we will get a new video made as soon as possible.
We chose to buy here due its fantastic location and proximity to all the wonderful cities of Andalucia.
Our area is just steeped in History and before looking at the cities of Andalucia you really need to get the feel and the spell of Iznajar. You will literally fall in love with our village and we have the largest lake and beach of Andalucia here just 5 kms from our villa.
You have the best of both Worlds where you can enjoy our beautiful chlorine free pool and then go to our local beach and enjoy the lake.
You get the peace and tranquility of being inland but have all the benefits of the coast but you do not have the crowds. This is a place very special that people fall in love with year after year.
Our area is known as The Crossroads Of Andalucia and it is literally perfectly placed. Within a 5 minutes drive you can be in all of the Provinces. We are Cordoba Province, 5 Minutes up the road is Seville Province, 5 minutes is Granada Province and 5 minutes is Seville Province.
Our luxury property is only 5 minutes drive from the main motorway A92 of Andalucia that gives you easy access to tour Granada,Malaga,Seville,Cordoba,Ronda,Gibraltar,Nerja,Priego De Cordoba plus many more places including white washed villages that are wonderful,the real Spain!
You can enjoy our wonderful views and quiet location and then get to all the hussle and bussle really easily.
Everyone who stays at Casa Pino Solo loves the area and coming back from a day touring to relax in the jacuzzi with a nice glass of wine and eating outdoors al fresco style with our two large bbq areas!

Our property is very unique to our area having the best facilities around including a large Chlorine free pool,hot tub and games area,cinema room unlimited wifi and perfect for a holiday any time of the year.
We also have a ground floor ensuite bedroom with wetroom for anyone who needs an access room. This is perfect for a weelchair user or someone in the family with limited mobility. So many places i see say they are accessible then i see shower cubicles or steps down and I can say here our room is totally flat for you with a very large open shower. We also supply a chair for the shower for you.
Air Con is in all bedrooms
Our hot tub is top of the range with jets,led lighting and a waterfall giving you the ultimate relaxation after a days touring.It runs at 39 degrees day and night all year round so perfect for the Winter months.
We have a wonderful cinema room with a 60 inch surround sound and subwoofer and many movies to choose from.
We also have a wonderful 18 mile lake and beach only 5 minutes drive away if you fancy a change to just relax in a heavenly enviroment. There is a lovely beach bar here too and you can hire kayaks , pedaloes and sail boats. You can also enjoy the lake boat trip.
Another unique feature is you actually get us in person. We work with you from the start of your enquiry and we meet you and show you the villa and are 5 minutes drive away if you need us for anything. Nowadays its all key in a box or a management company but we feel that personal service from the owners of 18 years is very important for you.
Our villa stands in a beautiful location and all Andalucian provinces are with in a 5 minutes drive. The A92 is minutes away where you can reach Granada, Cordoba,Seville and Malaga. Our area is known as the crossroads to Andalucia allowing you to explore this amazing place and come home to comfort or of course just to chill and relax if your looking to totally unwind from the stresses of daily life
