Beautiful Kalkan Villa With Fantastic Views

Set in the hillside just outside Kalkan, this beautiful villa has fabulous sea views and private pool (9m x 4m x 1.65 deep). Living areas comprise, a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and a stylish and modern living area with WIFI and smart TV.
The Villa sleeps 8 in 3 en-suite bedrooms, (two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom and a sofa bed in lounge). There is also a toilet on the ground floor.
Kalkan is known for its many super quality restaurants, which are also relatively cheap.
Kalkan town is less than 10 minutes away by car, taxis are available but we would recommend a hire car for your stay, although it's not essential. Bars and supermarkets are accessable in Kalkan.

Alles perfekt!

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa war einfach perfekt. Die Villa war sauber, der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt und wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten, wurde sich direkt darum gekümmert. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Danke Helen!

Fabulous Views!

Unbelievable views! We truly enjoyed our stay and Helen was always in communication. The check-in process is a bit cumbersome and road is rocky but once we arrived it was all worth it!

Best villa in Kalkan

Our visit here was so special. The views are great and the villa is isolated enough to have a relaxing retreat but is only a 5 minute drive to town for food, fun and other necessities . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Management was quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay and was very helpful with requests for additional towels, etc. Loved this villa! Highly recommend!

Loved this villa

This villa was perfect for us and the host was so helpful throught the whole process. As the location is outside of the main town you need a car or use of taxi services but the views from all rooms and pool are stunning and there is a welcome breeze. We would definitely stay here again.
