Its greatest charm is its location as it is only 69 meters from the beach, the train station and very close to all services. A great choice to spend a fantastic family vacation.

Pineda de Mar is certified with the family tourism destination brand, ideal for spending an unforgettable vacation in a quiet environment. Its wide and long beach offers a great variety of cafes, terraces and restaurants where you can taste the great variety of Mediterranean food. They have a large number of green squares and playgrounds that make it a privileged nucleus to enjoy your family vacations. Pineda de Mar has a train station that circulates throughout the Costa del Maresme, facilitating travel in case you do not want to use your vehicle. It also has a tourist train that can take you on a nice trip around the town of Pineda de Mar and its surroundings.

Annonce mensongère

L annonce propose un séjour avec vue panoramique sur la mer et idéal en famille. Si la mer n était pas loin, elle était masquée par la gare et son défilé de train permanent. Quartier très bruyant tant à cause de la gare que du voisinage. Impossible de se reposer ou dormir. Le train sonne à chaque arrivée en gare. En outre les photos datent car l appartement est virilisant. Nous avons quitté le logement des le lendemain. Ce n était pas possible de rester pour la fille. Le personnel de l agence était particulièrement désagréable. Ils n ont rien faire vouloir faire pour nous reloger. Il n a pas non plus voulu rembourser une partie de la location (au moins les frais de dossier et de ménage à plus de 100 euros). Je déconseille cette agence qui propose des annonces mensongères
