The apartment is a brand-new studio that can host up to 4 guests. The place has been completely renovated and it offers everything you may need for your stay. As soon as you get into the apartment, you will be impressed by the beautiful space, vintage materials, exquisite style and silence. The living area has a wide sofa bed, a dining table, a tv and a completely furnished kitchen. On the other side of the arch, you will find the sleeping area with a comfortable double bed.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower.
The location is unique and exclusive, it's called Sempione. The apartment is 2 minutes walk from the amazing "Arco della Pace". The area is very safe and filled with coffee bars and exquisite restaurants. From the house you can reach the Brera district and the Duomo in max 25 minutes by foot, walking through the attractive Milano city and its largest and most beautiful park, Parco Sempione.

How does it work?
-After the booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on chat with simple instructions to follow to register all guests. (This process is very important and required by law). You can find all the information on accommodationweb.poliziadistato
-After registration is complete you will receive via chat or via email from Vikey the instructions to enter the house, they will be active from 3pm, you can check in until 9pm.
-To avoid misunderstandings we ask you the kindness to watch the video you will receive after registration.
N.B. If the following rules and policies are not followed, we are not responsible for any inconvenience:
registration must take place on vickey no later than 24h before arrival
in case of access to the flat after 9pm and in case of malfunctions and problems we are not responsible.
- Take care of the house as if it were your own; all items inside must be returned in the same condition as they were on the day of your arrival. In case of damage, the cost of the item or repair will be your responsibility.
-We inform guests that the property does not provide soaps and detergents.
-Do not lose your keys or damage the lock, the cost of repair/replacement will be borne by the guest.
-Leave the house tidy, with rubbish sorted as indicated in the instructions. In case of additional cleaning, costs will be charged to the guest.
