Comfort & Suite Appartment with garden and pool

There is one parking space for each accommodation within the gated complex. If required and available, you can book an additional parking space.
There is a garden with several seating areas in pavilions and a covered pool. The pool is open seasonally and is solar heated from around April to the end of October.
There is an outdoor BBQ area and a pool table available to guests of the house.
The Comfort & Suite consists of 2 apartments in the same building. One of them is on the ground floor and has 2 separate bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. From the ground floor entrance you can get into the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen / dining area without steps. The apartment has about 70 square meters. There is air conditioning and German satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pans, pots, cutlery, etc. The first bedroom has a large double bed, a cupboard and a chest of drawers. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and a wardrobe. In the living room there is a living room couch with sleeping function and TV. From the living room and one bedroom you can look directly into the garden. The 2nd apartment is on the 1st floor and consists of 1 large living room and a small bedroom, this apartment with an attic with sloping ceilings. The bathroom consists of a toilet / sink / bidet and bathtub. For each apartment there is a part of the garden with its own pavilion.
