Villa Patrizia is located above the Bay Ostina, enjoys a breathtaking view of the sea. An impressive entrance and a long driveway lined with oleanders and laurel leading to the square on which stands the villa surrounded by 2ha of land. The house itself is a witness of elegance, with the many conveniences spread over 3 floors. A large garden extends around the villa and a lovely pool for maximum privacy and is enveloped by the warmth of the Sardinian sun.
The 5 rooms (15 beds) are large and have air conditioning and TV. There are 4 bathrooms, 3 master, living room with veranda overlooking the sea, large kitchen. Garage 50sqm. Outside built in rock oven and barbecue. The whole villa is covered by WI - FI.

not what we thought

Sorry to have to say this : Beautiful view, spacious house. BUT Contact with the host was different. We were told we could not enter until after 3pm which was fine as we were in transit throughout the day. The host left me a message that we could come at 11 because they were there, well we were not and could not until at least 3. She was irritated and said she spent the whole day waiting for us, Not True. After all the unnecessary back and forth she said they left the keys. Zero internet. We all are adults working remotely, this place was chosen for a few reasons and internet connection was extremely important. needless to say, none of us were able to work. The last and most concerning issue was this place has roaches.. I cannot tell you how upsetting this was to myself and my family. We tried to eat outside and enjoy the beautiful view and avoid being inside but there were Bee's everywhere. My thought is if you have Roaches inside then an exterminator should be there often and if you have a Bee problem outside that should be addressed as well

Property with a view

We had a great weeks stay. Lots of room for two families to get together. The outside space was fantastic with a great pool and lots of shaded areas to eat and relax. There was a lot of wasps which was a little off putting at mealtimes but otherwise we would highly recommend the property for a very relaxing week away. The local restaurant of Baga Baga is only 100metres down the road and was really nice.

Fotos sagen mehr aus als Worte, so pflegt man normalerweise zu sagen. So traumhaft die Fotos das Objekt darstellen lässt, so enttäuschend war der Gesamteindruck: • Elektrisches Tor bei Einfahrt defekt, öffnet nur mit Kraftaufwand • Keine Seifenspender in Küche und einigen Badezimmern • Schmutzige Griffe in der Küche • Schmutzige Küchenutensilien • Inneneinrichtung beider Kühlschränke defekt und gefährlich zu öffnen, da spitzige Plastikteile eine Verletzungsgefahr bedeuten • Kühlschranktüre defekt • Kaffeemaschine verschmutzt • Elektrik / Steckdosen in Küche mangelhaft -> Stromschlaggefahr • Eine Gasquelle des Gasherdes defekt • Backofen komplett schmutzig inkl. Rost • Pfannen beschädigt • Swimmingpool verschmutzt • Nicht genügend Gläser für Anzahl Personen • Schmutziger Grillrost/Grillstelle • Duschkabine Türe defekt • Plastikrohr in Dusche tropft • WC Bürste schmutzig und unbrauchbar (würde ich meinem schlimmsten Freund nicht zumuten • Schublade in Wohnzimmer defekt • Kommode in Zimmer 2 Schubladen defekt • Wäscheständer defekt • Ofenbleche nicht vorhanden Der Vermieter hat es unterlassen, die meine über FEWO gesandten Nachrichten zu lesen / beantworten. Wir mussten ca. 45 Minuten vor verschlossenem Tor in der sengenden Hitze warten bis die Vermieterschaft auftauchte. Offensichtlich wird das Objekt gerade verkauft und erscheint auf Luxus Property Portalen. Der Verdacht kommt auf, dass die Vermieterschaft noch möglichst viel aus dem Objekt rauspressen möchte.
