About this property

Set in a small hamlet 4 miles from Gloucester and 7 miles to the historic town of Tewkesbury, waterside cabin offers a small slice of tranquillity. A 2 bedroom wooden cabin attached by corridor to a larger established cabin allows full self catering accommodation. With a shower bathroom and a small but well equipped kitchen the premises are all yours. Outside on the decking is a full size 5 seat jacuzzi with bluetooth and relaxing jets. We welcome you to relax amongst the wildlife. Our guests love to BBQ and chill on the comfortable swing seat or recliners and let life go by for a while.

Lovely stay, great host.

We had a lovely four nights. Alan was a great host, very attentive and was able to answer any questions we had. We drove out a lot to explore. The cabin was cosy and the hot tub and added bonus.

Lovely quiet retreat

We had a great time staying here! Alan was so helpful and responsive; the place worked nicely for our family of four, and it was great to come home from a day of adventuring to sit in the hot tub:)

A dream get away

We had the best stay at this glorious cabin. I could say the description was not accurate because it was way better than what we were expecting! Alan met us on arrival and gave us clear information on how to work everything, he advised he would call over everyday to check water in the hot tub, but would aim to do that when we weren't there. We had his details but never needed him until check out time. Comfy beds, good cooking utensils, lovely living area, great bathroom, amazing location and wonderful hot tub. We really couldn't have asked for more.

Cosy cabin by the lake

The cabin is a perfect place to go, if you are looking for a quiet, private break away. Enjoy relaxing in the jacuzzi while watching the wildlife on the lake and listening to your favourite songs. The cabin is close to local shops and the main road, however, once you shut the gates you are transported to your own slice of heaven. The owners are very friendly and make sure that you have the best time possible.

Great relaxed long weekend.

Just spent a lovely 4 days at this cabin.Great location to go out and visit places of interest within easy reach of supermarket and food pubs whilst maintaining the feeling of being out of the rat race .Highly recommend and the owners are lovely .

Fabulous weekend.

Alan and Hilary were very kind and welcoming….lovely couple. Loved the cabin and the hot tub was just amazing.. very warm and lots of bubbles.. Bed very comfortable and the cabin was home from home, the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need and loved the walk-in shower and good size bathroom. Not far from the Cotswolds and a few miles from Gloucester so convenient for travelling to different places.. Thank you again for a fantastic weekend and ordering the great weather..🙂

Amazing stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here, Alan and Hilary were so welcoming and kind, even dropping us at Gloucester Quays one evening. The property itself was absolutely stunning, even better than the pictures. We couldnt have asked for anything more and the hot tub just made the stay even better. Location wise is also good with lots of places around and pubs nearby. If you want to get away for a chilled weekend where you can truly rest then this is the best place for it. Thank you for having us :) we will definitely be visiting again x

Lovely Break away

Stayed here for a long weekend. The cabin is lovely and cosy, with good facilities. Nice and clean property and the owners are very welcoming on arrival to show you around the cabin. The hot tub was great and it’s a nice quiet setting with a little pond/lake to look out on. Location wise it’s close to lots of attractions and places to visit. Would definitely recommend staying here, and we would like to return again for another long weekend soon :)

Brilliant- even better than the photos!!!

Wow. We saw this place online and fell in love. When we arrived we were gobsmacked, it was unreal!! Beautiful!! The hosts were lovely, warm and welcoming and were very helpful and prompt in response! Perfect place to go for a getaway, the decking is fabulous and hot tub amazing!! Would definitely visit again :) x

Amazing!!

We stayed at the property for 3 nights and had the best time. It looks exactly like the photos do. So cosy inside and out. The owners are really nice and very helpful. I would recommend this place as a quiet break for anyone!
