Entrance

With a security intercom system, the main entrance leads into a beautifully designed Japanese themed atrium, featuring palm trees and a seating area. The apartment can be accessed by internal stairs or via one of two elevators. Once on the open glass balcony overlooking the atrium the apartment is accessed through a private entrance door. This spacious entrance hall is completed with wooden flooring and a welcoming entrance mat.

Living Room

This dual aspect open living space accented by contemporary wall art is complemented with a comfortable and stylish Scandinavian inspired three-seater sofa so you can spread out and watch your favourite movies or shows on the 43'' WiFi-connected Smart TV or curl up beneath the floor lamp on the luxurious cocktail chair with a good book and hot drink.

Kitchen/Dining Room

This bright open-plan modern kitchen complete with contrasting worktops is fitted with integrated appliances, such as a fridge freezer and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped for your catering needs and includes a worktop mounted Nespresso Essenza machine with a selection of coffees that allows you to make your perfect coffee.

Absolutely Incredible!!
We stayed for a few nights and we absolultey loved it! The apartment was so clean and very nicely decorated, there was also a lot of extra items that you wouldn’t usually expect such as tea bags, sugar, coffee capsules, cleaning products ect. The location is so convenient with there being a co-op just over the road, cafes and takeaway places. There is a bus stop outside which goes right into the centre. Me and my partner did a trip to St Ives in Cornwall and Devonport train station is around a 7 minute walk which is amazing! Not to mention how attentive the host was with the updates about our stay before, during and after! We will definitely be returning again! Couldn’t be happier, Thankyou!

Returning to the UK a couple of years ago, they are now excited about joining the short term rental community as hosts and continuing to meet and host travellers from all over the world.

Why they chose this property

The apartment is perfectly located a short distance from the city centre and a short stroll to the historical Devonport Dockyard. Located on the edge of beautiful Dartmoor the historical city of Plymouth is the gateway to Cornwall and is surrounded by some of the South Wests most unforgettable coastlines.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is close to both ferry ports, providing easy access to Cornwall and France. Its location also gives speedy access onto the A38 Devon Expressway, to Devon, Cornwall and beyond.

The apartment is also located in a short taxi or direct bus ride if you are arriving by train or bus.

If you're arriving by car there is unlimited free street parking on Ross Street to the side of the building and Plym Street behind the building.
