Waiting for you is a designer apartment close by the Mediterranean. Spacious and filled with light, it sits at the end of La Diagonal, the city’s main thoroughfare.

With its three bedrooms, it can accommodate eight people. The white brick wall in the lounge and the light tones in the rest of the apartment bring life and light to
it.

A lot of thought has gone into everything, as you can see with the high-quality tiles, flooring and appliances.
Welcome to Barcelona! We hope you have a wonderful stay in our flat. Please follow these simple guidelines:

1. Be respectful of the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum after 10PM. Avoid slamming doors and making noise in hallways.

2. No parties allowed. Disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.

3. Upon check-out, leave keys on the table and pull the door shut. Always lock the door with the key when leaving the flat.

4. No smoking inside the apartment.

5. Turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment to conserve energy.

6. Additional cleaning and bedding can be arranged for longer stays, but please request this when booking.

7. Tourist tax of €6.05 per night applies to those over 16, for up to 7 days.

8. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM. Late arrival fees: €25 after 8PM, €50 after 12PM (paid in cash).

9. Check-out time is 11AM. Luggage can be left in the apartment if no other reservations are pending.

10. Lost keys will result in a charge for changing the lock.

11. On your last day, please wash the dishes and take out the garbage.

If you’re a shopaholic, then there’s one place you have to go to: La Roca Village and its outlet stores, a mere 20-minute drive away. On the way back, you can take
in part of the Costa del Maresme and visit its seaside villages, all within easy reach of the city. Great beaches and restaurants guaranteed.
