Einfach sehr gut!

Es war alles ausreichend vorhanden was wir brauchten, um unseren fünf Wochen-Urlaub als Selbstversorger entspannt und erhohlsam zu verbringen. Das Apartement ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Die Küche verfügt über einen großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank, Töpfen, Pfannen und ausreichend Geschirr. Auch die Anlage ist für ihr Alter sehr schön und wird dauernd gepflegt. Der Weg zum Playa del Cura ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und von da aus auch der neben an gelegene Playa del Tauro, der schönsten Strand im ganzen Süden, den wir inder Regel besucht hatten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen!

Totale Enttäuschung

Wir waren von der Ferienwohnung sehr enttäuscht. Leider hat uns der Vermieter nicht mitgeteilt, dass direkt neben der Wohnung ein Depot und Lagerplatz für Baustoffe liegt, auf dem bereits morgens mit schweren Maschinen Felssteine zerkleinert wurden und Lastwagen ein- und aus fuhren, uns nicht mitgeteilt, dass direkt vor der Terrasse der Ferienwohnung ein Restaurant seinen Sitz hatte, aus dem es täglich lärmte, nicht darüber informiert, dass an jedem Abend der Platz vor unserer Terrasse von laut spielenden Kindern genutzt wurde, nicht mitgeteilt, dass das Wasser im Pool der Anlage nicht beheizt ist, nicht mitgeteilt, dass es aus den Abflüssen in der Dusche und in den Waschbecken der Wohnung Tag und Nacht erbärmlich gestunken hat, uns nicht mitgeteilt, dass es für die Waschmaschine keine Bedienungsanleitung gab, uns nicht mitgeteilt, dass der Fernseher nur über zwei spanischsprachige Programme verfügt, uns nicht mitgeteilt, dass es in der Wohnung keinen Wlan-Empfang gab. Vielmehr hatte er uns mitgeteilt, dass ein vollumfänglicher Wlan-Empfang möglich sei, was nicht der Wahrheit entsprach. Angesichts dieser vielen Mängel erwarten wir eine Erstattung eines Teils der Kosten. Wir denken da an 30 Prozent der Gesamtkosten. Es war kein erholsamer Urlaub. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung auf gar keinen Fall empfehlen. Heinz-Josef Laing
