Entertainment: Smart TV in Lounge and Bedroom 1, TV in Bedroom 2.  Wifi - Provided Outside: Fully enclosed paved garden, large shed with tumble dryer, storage for bikes/surfboards.  BBQ located in the shed (use key code to open). Access to side alleyway. Parking: Driveway private parking for two cars. General: Wifi provided, Gas & Electricity included, Bed linen and towels provided (Please bring your own beach towels).  No Smoking. Pets: 1 Dog allowed - but to be kept in kitchen/dining room only. Accidental Damage Deposit:  You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property.
