Residence Riviera "les Palmiers" Large studio with sea view + night corner renovated on the 3rd floor with elevator in a secured residence with swimming pool and parking in closed basement.
The beach is at 50 m and city center 200 m, supermarket and bakery at two steps.
The studio is composed of a living room with sofa bed, TV, air conditioning, wifi, equipped kitchenette, night corner with a bed for 2 persons (possibility to close with curtains), bathroom, independant WC and large balcony with sea/pool view.
The location of the apartment is ideal, 50 m from the sea and close to the city center and supermarkets, you can do everything on foot and put your car in the closed box under the residence.
The apartment is well organized with a night corner that can be closed (curtains), it has just been renovated, and the terrace overlooking the pool and the sea is very pleasant.
The swimming pool is a ++.

Nous avons passé un super séjour, l appartement est tres agréable on s'y sent bien .

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié d'être proche du centre ville , de la plage on peut tout faire à pieds , il y a un box pour garer la voiture c est très appréciable. Dans l appartement il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut et il y a une super terrasse très bien aménagée pour prendre les repas et se détendre. Christelle est une hôte disponible . Je recommande vivement son appartement, nous allons revenir c est sûr.
