Beautifully situated in a quiet spot close to Perissa, within walking distance of Perissa’s black sandy beach, The Birds Villa Apartment offer guests complimentary transfer to and from the port. The apartment has air condition, a big private balcony with a view, a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen utilities, microwave, coffee and tea facilities, separate bedrooms, hairdryer, TV, wifi and FREE townie car up to 5 people till the last night of your stay. Relaxing get away

The property was so wonderful with many little places to sit and relax. Breakfast was delicious and different every morning. We enjoyed all the little touches

Unbelievable service

For such a small villa the service was by far the best we have ever seen! They pay attention to their guests and they are very serice oriented! Breakfast is amazing and different each morning. The views were amazing, longest distance traveled was about 30-40 minutes to the complete other side of the island and there are many places to explore in between. The car included with the villa is such a great bonus and it was arranged fir us when we arrived. Definitely would return

Lovely place to stay!

This is a beautiful little hotel. Our villa was very comfortable and clean. Everyone was so nice and helpful! Breakfasts were plentiful and delicious and the car was a definite bonus!
