About this property

Ready for a break ? ‘ThisOne’ is our little bolt hole place we go to, where our two young children are happy and entertained with all the facilities a great Hoburne Site offers. Off site you will discover the Cotswold Waterparks is an amazing place with so many activities and places for the family to see, do and try.
We have made ‘ThisOne’ our little home from home and equipped it with everything we need to make a stay relaxed, comfortable and enjoyable.

‘ThisOne’ has a light, modern, airy feel….as it is ‘our bolt hole’ we have our personal touches to make it homely and welcoming rather than ‘rental’.

The main seating area has a two seater sofa with two single sofa arm chairs (soon to be replaced) and a 40” flat screen smart tv with access to over 100 freeview channels via complimentary unlimited WiFi and Netflix movies. Disney plus etc is available for those with subscription.

The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, combined microwave/grill, a toaster and kettle, we have all the utensils, pans, serving dishes…etc that you would expect of a kitchen at home.

Both bedrooms have ample drawers and wardrobe hanging space for clothes and all beds have new quality mattresses with cotton bedding and linens, we also supply quality bath sheet towels and hand towels.

‘ThisOne’ has central heating radiators in all rooms to make it comfortable during the cooler evenings and ample on-demand electric hot water for showers etc.

The private enclosed patio deck is South facing and just perfect for chatting over a glass or two, enjoying the warm evening summer sun.

‘ThisOne’ is only a 4-5 minute walk from the main Hoburne building where you will have access to the indoor heated pool with flume slide, cafe, restaurant, sports bar, indoor and outdoor children’s play area, pool table, tennis court, football/basket ball area, crazy golf… fishing……children’s club…….evening entertainment ……….it just goes on !!…….the Hoburne Cotswold is a great place for a break….. it is our ‘little bolt hole’…..we think you will love it too.

Some of the Hoburne facilities requires Hoburne leisure passes, which for stays of 3 nights + I will include in the booking price and requires the registration of users names etc a minimum of 48 hours before use.

Another fabulous stay

We came back after a great break last October and were pleased to find that everything was just as good as before. Caravan was spotless with lots of extra touches to make it really comfy. The cake was a lovely trwar too

A lovely mini break

There were two adults and two children (7&5). This was a super easy stay - we had a Tesco shop delivered for after check in, although the place is less than a minutes walk from the centre with the shop, restaurant and pools. We had one full day in the outdoor heated pool and one full day in the indoor pool. We rented paddle boats which the kids loved. We joined the disco at 7pm every night which the kids enjoyed a lot! The place was clean and spacious, with everything you would need. I got immediate responses to my questions which was very much appreciated Thanks so much for letting us stay xx

Amazing place

This is a proper home from home with lots of added comforts . Much more than just a standard caravan . Lots to do on site and only a short distance from local amenities. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back

Half Term Break

We had a fantastic time. The kids absolutely loved the location and evening activities. Julie is a fantastic host and provided me with great communication. I really appreciated the flexibility she afforded us in checking in early and checking out late. Only issue. My kids now want a holiday house!
