Enter from the main door ( CODE given during the check-in ), go ahead until the courtyard, take the “7/1 staircase” on the right ( CODE given during the check-in ). Take the elevator to the 2°floor and turn right in the corridor: the apartment door is on the left with a " TOSCA " label on it.
From the inside, press the buttons on the gray knob. After the beep, turn the knob to open.

Lack of communication or infos be given to us. We arrived at the place already, but we couldnt get in because we needed the code to get in , We emailed them but no respond back from property management until we had to make a call which we had to pay for our roaming long distance call. we stayed outside the property about 11/2 hours. we stayed there for 2 nights, and during the stayed, they only provide 1 small bottle of shampoo which didn’t make sense at all for 3 people for 2 nights staying there.
