Beautiful little house with a beautiful view

Everything went smooth, communication and check-in was easy. Our host lived just in the flat below and asked if everything was fine. Lot's of poor, hungry cats around, but if you don't feed them, they won't bother you. Tabua is a perfect place from which you can explore the whole island. Probably every place is reachable within an hour by car. Some Levadas are just a few minutes away.

Mooie locatie, alleen veel geluidsoverlast

Toen we kwamen zag het er op het eerste oog allemaal netjes uit. Dit appartement bevindt zich boven een ander appartement. Helaas waren er veel werkmannen aanwezig onder het verhuurde appartement, dit werd vooraf niet aangegeven. Ook al ben je vaak op pad, wij genieten soms ook van een aantal uur op het balkon of een powernap in de middag. Er werd geboord, geslepen en verbouwd. Rond 4.00 in de nacht word je ook gewekt door een haan naast dit appartement, deze laat behoorlijk van zich horen. De keuken is verouderd, de kastjes overal behoorlijk muf. De vloer is schoon en de bedden zijn ook netjes maar behoorlijk hard. Veel zwerfkatten in de buurt, dat hebben ze wel netjes afgezet met gaas zodat deze niet op het balkon komen. Al met al een mooie locatie op een helling, aardige eigenaren maar helaas veel geluidsoverlast.

Hübsche authentische Ferienwohnung

Herrlicher Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das Meer. Geräumige und saubere Ferienwohnung mit freundlichen Gastgebern. Wir konnten hier Madeira von seiner ursprünglichen, ländlichen Seite kennenlernen. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
