About this property

Square View is a cosy two bedroom first floor flat for 4 people overlooking Grassington Square. Located in the centre of Grassington, it is a perfect location for taking full advantage of the shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants in the village as well as the Yorkshire Dales where you will find a variety of outdoor (and indoor) adventures. The flat has two double bedrooms, both with ensuite, kitchen with full amenities and a comfortable living area. Parking can be found close to the flat.
Square View is above my shop, Helen Midgley which is a long established Ladies & Gents Shoe and Clothes shop. It was originally a flat and then became part of the shop for many years. We have recently decided to convert it back to a flat for visitors to Grassington to enjoy. The flat has two double ensuite rooms, a well equipped kitchen and open plan living and dining area. We hope we have created a comfortable, stylish space for you to relax and enjoy yourself. You will also be staying in the heart of Herriot Country as Grassington is the location for the ficitional village of Darrowby in Channel 5's All Creatures Great and Small. During filming the building is transformed in to CA Handley Bookseller. *Please note this is a first floor flat so there is stairs for access and internal steps into the living area, kitchen and back bedroom*

If you’re looking for a base camp for your Darrowby/Grassington trip, look no further than this outstanding property! Located above the Helen Midgley Clothing Shop, this clean, cozy, and convenient flat puts you in very heart of Grassington. Kate is a great host, providing a great Dales experience!

Birthday trip

One of the best flats I have rented. Nice touch to have an ensuite for each bedroom. Beautiful finishes, a very well equipped kitchen and a great location. Looked out onto the square from the bed! Throughly enjoyed our stay.
