Rustic country house conditioned to relax and enjoy your holidays in Menorca.
4 bedrooms (master bedroom with air conditioning) and 3 bathrooms. Large kitchen.
Outside, private pool, 2 BBQ, shaded dining area, ping pong table, plenty of space and privacy.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Spacious character property

We were a group of seven adults - family and friends. We found the property to be a good size for us with a large kitchen and 3 shower rooms. There are different areas to relax and eating area on both sides. It is nice and peaceful listening to the birds, no traffic noise. We made good use of the pool (which quickly slopes down to 2.3m). There are shaded areas to keep out of the sun if required. During our stay the pod machine stopped working, but we were quickly supplied with a new one and our contact Samm responded quickly to our messages. We could not find any information in the house about the surrounding area, restaurants, boat hire, markets, etc which would have been helpful. But there was a welcome pack of food waiting on our arrival. We have given accuracy of details a 4 star rating - it wasn't clear that the ground floor double bedroom is accessed through the twin bedded room. There are doors from the double room directly onto the covered terrace so it's no problem during the day but at night it was necessary to leave the kitchen door unlocked to go to use the loo. The house is 5 mins drive from Ciutadella - we would definitely advise to hire a car. OVERALL A GREAT PLACE FOR A QUIET RELAXING HOLIDAY WITH A GROUP OF FAMILY AND FRIENDS. We definitely recommend a stay here.
