Situated in an Edwardian building, this Stylish, spacious, light and airy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a private parking space, is perfectly situated with the beach at one end of the road and shops, bars and restaurants at the other. There is allocated off road private parking for one vehicle.

This large apartment offers a king size en-suite bedroom and a large 2nd bedroom which can be set up as Super King or Triple single beds.

There is a large open plan living area with sofa, lounge chairs, table and chairs and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.

There is a travel cot and high chair should you need it.

A maximum of 4 single adults can be accommodated in separate beds. No parties, stag or hen nights.

Please note there is ring doorbell covering the entrance to the property.

Great apartment

Smell in on suite bathroom .5th front centre step is loose . Hot water service had not been turned on .

Welcoming and easy drive from Gun Wharf Quay etc

It was really lovely and the box of goodies a great touch. Kitchen had every utensil and equipment, lovely saucepans etc that you could want, but not much storage for our items that we brought with us. Only downside for us was that the builders were in working from just after 8 am on the flat below. Our children were in in a Dance Festival and really needed their sleep!

Convenient location

The apartment was perfectly located - Waitrose just round the corner and bus stop just across the road (we spent our days in the Dockyard). While we did experience one issue, the owners were quick to sort it out.

They are British-made and Cruelty free too Environmentally friendly loo roll - Who gives a crap Made from re-cycled paper with no plastic packaging. We provide a washable microfibre cloth for dishes rather than single use cloths.
