Worst experience ever

The photos of the property are a gross misrepresentation of the reality. I spent a total of ten minutes in the property and moved somewhere else. The place is dated and looks nothing like the pictures. Sadly I could not get a refund of my money. I will not be booking anything else with you. There should be a way of verifying your listing.

Absolutely Disaster

It was a nightmare. The listing was totally inaccurate. Unit is actually in a public housing building. The building was scary, and the place was run down and dirty. Absolutely no communications from the property manager, no internet access or any other information available, and we couldn't even reach them. We were so distraught at the property that we left. We also tried to contact the VRBO Helpdesk but received no assistance. It was an absolute disaster. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.
