Beautiful Beach Haven Terrace Home - Close to Beach, Bay and Restaurants!

Our home is 2.5 blocks to the ocean beach and 1.5 blocks to a bay beach. Enjoy ocean or bay swimming (great for little kids) and watch beautiful sunsets at night. Sit in the shaded patio in the front, or share a meal on the back yard picnic table. Keep comfortable on your vacation with central air, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer and flat screen TVs with streaming capability in every room. Our home is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home!

We are available to address any needs you may have before, during, or after your stay. Come be our guest!

Our home has an outside shower and a ground floor "sand room" to keep all of your beach stuff. A large living room, dining area and kitchen are located on the first floor with a bathroom, and three bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the second floor. It's a great setup for families! The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, flatware, coffee pot and kettle, large pots and pans, a crock-pot, blender, grilling tools, glasses and much more! Enjoy cooking inside, grilling outside (new in 2019), or eating out at one of the area restaurants.

This lovely townhome is located on a quiet street in Beach Haven Terrace, and is close to many restaurants (Terrace Tavern Crab Shack, Oyster House & Bar, Roberto's Dolce Vita, the Beach House Restaurant, Ship Bottom Ice Cream, California Grill & Pizza, Howard's Restaurant and more!) and a new Pickleball Court. It's only 1.5 miles from Beach Haven, and access to the Fantasy Island Amusement Park, the Water Park, and many shops and restaurants. Park your car and walk or bike throughout your stay!

Beach Avenue (1.5 blocks away) has a bike lane that takes you to Beach Haven without having to travel on Long Beach Boulevard, if you choose to bike rather than drive. Beach Haven is the largest town on the Island, with many shopping, history, eating and entertainment options. The Wawa is 2 blocks away and the Acme grocery store is 1.5 miles north of our home for any food and supplies you may need. We provide beach chairs and three bicycles for your use during your stay.. Perfect housing for our LBI vacation!

The property was exactly as advertised! We enjoyed a wonderful week in LBI and the home was perfect for what we needed. The home was clean, had all of the general necessities and was a great location. The property manager, Lindsey checked in during our arrival and stated to reach out if we needed anything during our stay. This was the perfect rental for our week’s beach vacation and we would highly recommend it!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was in a great location and providing all the beach toys, badges, wagon, chairs and bikes was great. The beach is about a 5-10 min walk and the bay is 5. Restaurants, pickleball courts and a Wawa are within 2-3 blocks. Only thing I wish was that towels, sheets, soap & garbage bags would’ve been provided. It was a little frustrating to spend that much money and be asked to bring all of that.

We are Nick and Lindsey Barrett, from northern New Jersey (Bergen County), and we fell in love with LBI and this home. We have two children (13 and 8) who love the water. Nick went to Stockton College, and really liked living in South Jersey. Lindsey did not spend much time in this area until meeting Nick, but loves it! We work together in a property management business in Bergen County, and are very excited to own this home and to be able to rent it out to others who love this area as well.

Why they chose this property

We looked for the perfect place on LBI for a long time, and felt right away that this was the right home for us. It is a perfect set up for us as a family, since it has a large family room downstairs and three bedrooms upstairs where our kids can sleep. It is close to both the ocean and a bay beach that is perfect for little kids. This is our seventh season owning this lovely home.

What makes this property unique

We love that we can walk or bike anywhere we need to go. We love the restaurants that are within a few blocks of the home. There is a donut shop, ice cream parlor, several upscale dining establishments, and some great seafood restaurants. There are also some great gift shops. If you like to bike, there is a bike lane 1.5 blocks away (not on the main boulevard) to easily get to Beach Haven. If you'd rather drive, it is an easy trip. Beach Haven is the largest town on the island, and has an amusement park, water park, lots of shops and restaurants, and a Maritime Museum. We think you will love this location and home as much as we do.
