Why they chose this property
Whether visiting family, exploring the North West, or simply wanting to relax in the peace and comfort of your own place, this self contained apartment may be the perfect base for you.
Set in the peaceful Hamlet of Midge Hall, yet only a stone throw from several major motorway links including the M6, M61 & M65.

What makes this property unique
Midge Hall is a semi rural location consisting of one pub by the same name which serves food daily, has outdoor seating, large beer garden and outdoor kids play area. We have a small Methodist Chapel that has served my family from birth to marriage and beyond for over 115yrs.
The apartment where you will be staying was once the cart shed, where early horse drawn farm equipment was stored. This belonged to the 20 acre Londonderry Farm, which was the hub of the village and has been in my family since my Great Grandfather purchased it for less than £1000 in 1907.
