About this property

This attractive cottage sits on the hills above Soller, only 10 minutes drive from the main square, on the lap of the mountain offering amazing views of the valley. A little iron gate opens to the path that leads onto the terrace and pool area from where the views are simply spectacular. The house offers a spacious open plan living-kitchen area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them in suite. There is a porch with BBQ to enjoy delicious Mediterranean al fresco meals. The views, quietness and clean & tidy style of the cottage is the perfect guarantee for a very pleasant and unforgettable holiday.

The last bit of the access is a steep drive way, therefore we recommend to take a not too big car.
Once there you can simply relax and enjoy the peace of the country side.

Relaxing stay.

The property was beautiful and the view magnificent. The bathroom in the main bedroom was a problem because it has no privacy and no shower. This meant that four of us were sharing the small family bathroom.

Beautiful Villa, lovely view

We have just come back from a week at the Villa. We had lovely time. Vivienne met us at the local petrol station and we could see why as the first visit to the Villa is a little bit scary and you wonder if you will find your way back down but it was very straightforward once you had done it once. Villa lovely and clean and my elderly parents loved it, the view were to die for. Only gave a 4* as the pool was dirty when we arrived we mentioned it straight away and were told it was due to the storm but that was 2 weeks before we arrived and would have expected it to be ready for us on arrival. It was however cleaned two day later which was great. There is a little traffic noise from the main road into Soller but we just got used to it. You cannot fault the view which changed every hour with the sun over the mountains. Kitchen had everything you could need for your stay. We did ask for an umbrella as we needed one if you are round the pool but was advised that it was broken in the storm and a new umbrella did not turn up during our 7 day stay. You can walk to Soller from the Villa takes around 35 minutes and the view is lovely, beware it is uphill on the way back but a beautiful walk nevertheless. Overall it a lovely stay but letting agency a little slow in coming back to us. Kim, Graham, Janet and Don

Nice House with a great view

We had a wonderful holiday in the beautiful finca. The view is simply fantastic and the pool is a great way to cool down. The house doesn't lack anything, but you should know how big the car is, because the way to the house and through Soller is sometimes quite narrow.

Awesome (but adventurous in getting there)

The house is beautifully located above the rooftops of Sollér. In the morning briefly refreshed in the pool, then had breakfast on the terrace with a beautiful view. In the evening we could enjoy the meal from the grill on the terrace with a view of the sun setting behind the mountains. Inside we have stayed only to sleep. The way to the house is not a disadvantage, but you should know that the streets of Sollér are very narrow and the private road (about 400m) to the house is single lane and you should not lose your nerves with oncoming vehicles. Also, the rental car should not be too big. Our rental car had the size of a VW Tiguan and was just suitable for the way. All in all, we had a very nice week. Definitely a recommendation!
