A contemporary, roomy holiday house for eight close to the heart of the fishing village of Moelfre.
Accommodation is on two levels with bedrooms on both the ground and first floor and all living accommodation on the first floor. Access to the first floor is up a flight of stairs.
Ground Floor - Bedroom 1: King bed with patio door access to the terrace area and ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2: twin beds with ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 3: bunk bedroom with desk and PC monitor.
First Floor - Bedroom 4: King bed with ensuite bathroom.
Ground Floor - family bathroom with bath and electric shower over, sink, WC, towel radiator. Ensuite bathrooms off bedrooms 1 and 2.
First Floor - ensuite bathroom off bedroom 4. Cloakroom with WC and sink.
Well equipped modern kitchen with Neff electric oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, Neff fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser, Morphy Richards filter coffee maker.
Two washing machines with integrated dryers, ironing board and iron, hoover, hanging area for coats, door to side of house.
Seating for 8/9, wood-burning stove, Smart TV, sea views. First-floor balcony accessed from the living area with two small round tables and four chairs, Gas BBQ (Weber), sea views.
Dining area in living space with table seating eight and sea views.
Small outside patio area with recliners x 6. Lawned area. Hosepipe.
Parking for four cars outside the house. There is room for additional cars to be parked on the main road which has no restrictions but not idea
Travel cot (no bedding supplied) and high chair available on request. Please note the first-floor balcony area.
No bike store but very safe on the rear terrace area and under cover - please bring your own bike locks. There is a hosepipe.
There is a bus stop just a few minutes walk from the house. The centre of Moelfre is less than 10 minutes walk where there is a pub, cafes, an ice cream parlour and independent shops. You can also pick up the Anglesey coastal path from here.
