This delightful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom private villa is situated on a beautiful palm-lined street on the ever popular La Torre Golf Resort. The villa offers comfortable accommodation, with a private pool, tiled garden and a spacious roof solarium where you can relax in the Spanish sunshine. Stylish accommodation and furnishings are on offer throughout, whilst light and airy décor provides a cool place to relax.

This large villa is ideally located for those who enjoy a quiet location, whilst being a short 10 minute stroll to the Town Centre area of La Torre Golf Resort, where you will find the Golf Course, Supermarket, Club House, bars, restaurants and also the Hilton Hotel with gym and spa (additional charge).

The property is air conditioned in the living room and the main bedroom and for those of you visiting during the spanish winter, the property also benefits from central heating.

The resort is very safe and secure with security staff on site at all times.

20 minutes to the best beaches of the Costa Calida, 20 minutes to Cartagena city centre and 25 minutes to Murcia city centre. Murcia Corvera Airport is just a 15-minute drive and Alicante Airport 50 minutes.

A brilliant villa

We had such a lovely stay here. The villa is clearly someones much loved holiday home because it had everything we needed and was perfect for our family. The pool is bigger than it looks too. The location is perfect because its 5 mins from the centre so nice and quiet but really convenient.
