Your living space extends to a 17 m2 balcony, where you can relax, eat, drink and watch the beautiful Mediterranean sea. Apartment is located in recently developed residential coastline holiday resort area (calm and holiday friendly) with direct access to private beach

The apartment is fully and nicely designed with all essentials such as air-conditionings, washing machine, big screen TV (Netflix, IPTV etc.), internet wifi connection, hairdryer, iron, and more. Modern and fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, oven, dishwasher, separate fridge & freezer, microwave, BBQ grill, fruit blender and more.

Sheets, blankets and linen are included. All is always cleaned and changed before arrival. Disinfected and prepared with all amenities for the guests to enjoy their stay and to feel comfortable.

Rest and relaxation or activity and action, this holiday resort has something for everyone.

You can enjoy private beach with all amenities free of charge, incl. lounger, canoe or paddleboards, also huge swimming outside and inside pool. Other free of charge activities such as water slides, mini golf, tennis court, football pitch, kids room, billiard and table tennis, trampoline etc.
There are also regular activities such as yoga, pilates, water aerobics or daily program for children.

In the resort, there is also mini market, tasty restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner or beach & pool bars.

As the new apartment is located in a residential beachfront holiday resort, it is perfect for couples, solo travellers as well as families. It is a fantastic resort for both long holidays and short breaks in North Cyprus.

Why they chose this property

Resort (and the apartment) are perfect for relaxing vacation, especially for families. Enough of attractions, which are mainly free of charge (e.g. gym, variatety of pools, waterpark, minigolf, table tennis, trampoline, petangue, open air cinema, kayaking, paddleboarding, private beach) in calm resort with nice restaurant. Enough far from rush of hotels.
