Great stay in Estepona
Everything: apartment is new and clean, kitchen fully equipped, private parking, central location close to everything Balcony in front of a school, there is a big pitch where students play, so especially during lunch time they are very loud. We like children so wasn’t a big problem, but of course not ideal if you want to relax during this time slot.

Great apartment/ poor location
This comfortable well-equipped apartment is clean with a well equipped kitchen and modern plumbing. Immediately adjoining the apartment on the north side is a public school with a large outdoor athletic area directly under the balcony. During weekdays starting at 8:30 am until 3:00 pm the area is used for sports and gym activities resulting in loud screams and shouts which are audible through the sliding balcony doors.
