A wonderful spacious Villa, well furnished offering all amenities you need during your stay close to Zurich for up to 14 persons close to the Zurich lake and only a short train-ride away from Zurich.

The Space:
This beautiful unique 200m 2 floors villa offers
* 7 bedrooms equipped with double bed each room with the side of 160 X 200 cm

The Neighborhood:
There is a nice Park im Gruene perfect for picnic for family and friends. Its 23 minutes by foot from the villa. Entrance is free, and the park is open all year round. Amongst the many attractions for children, there is a really cool climbing playground, and a wading pool for toddlers. Tall, shady trees scattered throughout the park invite you to spread out a blanket beneath them and have a picnic. There are coffee shops and restaurants in the park so as a store if you have an impromptu picnic in the park.

Getting Around:
Rüschlikon is about 8 km away from the city of Zurich and is a nice area close to the lake. The public transportation available to reach the place is by train, bus or taxi. There are also space outside in the garage where you can park that can fit 2 large cars. The area is a very quite streets where it is nice for walking. The local museum of Rüschlikon recalls the rural and industrial past of the village with a large number of everyday objects.

Great location, outdated technologies

Old beauty (1911) with gorgeous floor plan in a very good area near Zurich (enjoyable trip on a boat to Zurich center, about 20 min, boat station is 10min away). A lake view from the “garden” room (glass surrounded room outside the mainframe of the house) is breathtaking! Unfortunately, the 1950s house updates (and more recent plastic floors) are making it not so perfect: no air conditioner (we stayed there with +36C heat wave for a whole week!! - it was very uncomfortable…), old cabinets, insufficient refrigerator space, uneven water pressure, rusted water from a faucet, cockroaches (!!!). Summary: this house needs a major update to be called a luxury rental. The price states so. View is priceless. Recommended for large groups (10-14 people), this way it’s economical, at least. Personally, the next time in Zurich, I would. House another property.
