Dreaming away in Callantsoog ....

Groots Callantsoog is a cosy and comfortably furnished group accommodation, located near the beach and the lively village centre of Callantsoog. The house features several places where you can sit together with the whole group, including a large table in the back with a real ball pit for the children. At the front you will find a tastefully decorated living room with comfortable sofas and chairs. The beach, dunes and village are only a fifteen minutes’ walk away, and the nature reserve Het Zwanenwater is next to the holiday home. 

Holiday home layout

At the front of the holiday home is a large and cosy living room with several seats, a TV and a fireplace. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen, which is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and a 5-burner stove. Through the hall you walk to a nice group room with a large table where the whole group can sit together to enjoy dinner or play games. This room features two box beds, each for 2 persons, and even a ball pit for the children! On the ground floor you will also find a bathroom and a separate toilet as well as a children’s room with a triple bunk bed. If you walk up the stairs to the first floor, you will come across 3 bedrooms, each featuring a double bed, as well as another bedroom with two bunk beds. Besides, you will find a bathroom with a shower and toilet here. On the second floor, there are two more bedrooms; one including a double bed and one including two single beds. The large bathroom has a whirlpool, a washbasin and a star shower. Two cots and two highchairs are part of the standard inventory of this accommodation.

Surroundings

Callantsoog is a good starting point to discover the surroundings. In the village you will find a few nice shops, restaurants, grocery stores and a supermarket. On top of that, there are some nice beach bars on the beach, one of which is within walking distance of the Hoeve. Discover the surroundings on foot or by bike, as there are many walking and cycling routes leading to quaint villages in the province of North Holland, such as Bergen and Schagen. Callantsoog is also a great place to be in the spring, when it is surrounded by colourful bulb fields.  

Please note: Due to the type of environment and the tranquillity that the owner of the house wishes to preserve, this holiday home is not rented out to groups of young people. In addition, the organisation of student parties, bachelor parties or drinking parties in this house is not desired. Playing loud music is not allowed either.
