The main/master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and is comfortable for sleeping 4 people.  The cozy living room is furnished with 1 sofa bed and 1 recliner.  The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with all amenities to cook or grill .   Situated near the beach, guests can enjoy an afternoon of SPI beach activities and later watch the sunset from the shaded back yard .
 
Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions such as boating, fishing, sun bathing , golfing , swimming ,dinning, ect.

IT FEATURES AN OPEN FLOOR PLAN WITH LIVING ROOM, WITH LOTS OF WINDOWS. THIS UNIT HAS A PATIO COVER WITH A SMALL COVERED SPACE FOR VEHICLE AND A SHED WITH WASHER AND DRYER.

Nice location but the house is a little neglected
The house is well located. All amenities (pool, golf course, activity center) are close by. Unfortunately, the house could use a lot of love. Some of the windows are leaking, the blinds are not working and there is some mold around the window frame.
